  • 1 sweet potato
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin
  • 1/4 avocado, pitted and peeled
  • 1/2 cup almond milk, soy milk, or skim milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)


Cut the sweet potato into 1-inch pieces.
